Does anybody notice the changes in the format of the current bulletin ??? under family sponsored preference happen to have two sub topics .A. APPLICATION FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES and B. DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS Im a little bit confused in which table to follow they have difference of 6 months. under A. f2b for Philippines, current priority date is Nov 01, 2004 and under B. May 01, 2005....

MY PD IS SEPT2005 WOULD NXT YEAR BE OUR YEAR???

THANK YOU FOR THE NEWS FEED, BUT I DONT RELLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THE 2 TABLES ARE FOR.

READING THE LINK YOU POSTED I GATHERED THAT IT IS FOR ADJUSTING STATUS, SO IT DOESNT REALY HAVE ANY CONNECTION

WITH INDIVIDUALS WHO ALREADY FALL UNDER FAMILY BASED PETITION.

.... IM JUST CROSSING MY FINGERS AND CLAIMING THAT LATE THIS YEAR OR EARLY NXT YEAR I WILL RECEIVE MAY NOA..

If you are not filing for AoS then the changes will not affect you.

For an immigrant visa you would go by the first table.
