How long is it going to take to get my daughter here

I am a conditional green card holder. I just mail my daughter paperwork off. My husband had petition for her before but withdraw the petition at the embassy. I'm currently not working. my aunt is willing to sponsor my daughter. is there anything that I should know about?

So she's in the F2A category. There's about 1.5 year wait for a visa to become available based on the November VB and that's if the cut off dates don't change or retrogress.

2 year say till she gets here, would be a reasonable worst case, may be quicker.

I don't know if her age & the fact she went thru the process recently

would be in her favor since you are LPR but 1.5- 2 yrs is right, I hope

you can pay her a visit after you obtain a job...best wishes
