DS-260 Help

Hi Everyone, I am a permanent resident

I paid AOS fee and IV fee online , now i have to file DS-260 for my wife and 8 months old daughter.

My question is whether i have to file Ds-260 separately for both of them , or only one DS-260 Form is sufficient

Because when I filed Visa Petition for my wife last year in December , I did not have daughter then

Are both of their names on the visible when you log in? Did you add your daughter to the petition when your case reached NVC?

Before making IV payment please send request to NVC to add your daughter in your case and you have to submit ds-260 for both of them separately.

Where and how to request NVC to add my daughter in the petition ??

If you send them an e-mail with the request and a copy of her birth certificate, it will take them about 2 months to respond. I think you should call and ask NVC what is the quickest way to add her.
