Haven't received GC yet?

I got a letter of approval on August 19 2015, and it stated to contact them if I haven't received my green card within 60 days, which it has been over. I called today but due to issues on their end they could not escalate my call (told me to call back). I'll be calling back, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had to wait over 60 days for their 10 year green card?

So I called this morning, and was told that there was an "issue" during the production of my card. She told me I'm still getting my card, and am approved, its just a "matter of when". I should be getting a letter within the next 15 days regarding this issue she said.

Also I asked what to do since I plan on travelling to Canada in a month and she said I have to make an infopass appointment to get a stamp in my passport.

This is ridiculous, I should have had my card in hand long ago

So I got my GC in the mail today.. I guess they had it laying around and never bothered to send it. Regardless, it's in my hand now!

Glad to hear you finally received your card! This happened to a colleague of mine going through Adjustment of Status. In the end, he only received his card after 200 (yes!) days from the letter of approval.
