Which one shall I go with 1.refile k-1 as its very short time compared to CR-1 but with higher denial rate or 2. Do CR-1 and wait for long period of time and better approval rate compared to the previous one your opinion matters my friends thank you

Yh I was this September due to lack of bone fide relation but they didn't even look at my evidence

If you were previously denied K-1, then I would suggest getting married and then filing for CR-1.

Make sure you provide lots of evidence proving you have a bona fide marriage.

I know of some cases where CR-1 took less than a year.

Second approved petitions are rarely denied so either should be successful unless they have hard proof

Yes It is better to get married and then file CR-1.
