hey everyone,

i hope you are all doing well, they mailed us a letter (NOA1) indicating that they began process on our I-130 after 10 days we sent our I-130,

my Question is when they will send us NOA 2, i mean when they will complete this process and will tell us that our I-30 is proved?

It depends on your service center. Are you at the Vermont Service Center? VSC is a bit backlogged and adjudicating petitions from April.

Ahh, okay. Texas is processing petitions from May. When did you submit yours?

The only center that's really fast right now is California.

Oooh okay. Yes, then you have a bit of a wait. Maybe about 6 months for an approval but that could change.
