What does this mean?

Called NVC on Oct 27 and they said they sent out my paperwork to Yerevan on the 26th. I checked the CEAC website it said IN TRANSIT. And I checked few hours later it said READY. Does this mean the embassy already has my package? Or maybe NVC mailed it out much before?

Oh yea and the case creation date says 22-OCT-2015. Isnt it supposed to be 23rd if that's when I got my case number issued?

It usually takes several days for the embassy to get it. It's probably not the answer you are looking for, but if you try calling the embassy you may be able to confirm it.

Also keep checking the status to note any changes done to it.

It means your petition was forwarded to the beneficiary's embassy. Give them 2 weeks and call them to make sure they received it.

Im not sure about the armanian embassy(s), but when CEAC said ready that meant they had my package. If you haven't done your medical I suggest you do it now (unless otherwise instructed to wait for package 3).
