never mind. I had a brain 'fa-t'. You are way past this. My apology for lapse....

No problem, sorry I already accused you of drinking on a Friday as I didn't see this post until just now. When I'm on my phone it drives me crazy because I have to sign in constantly.

Hello everyone,

I've been following this very active and informative thread for a while. I'm an Oct filer but received a RFE which caused a long delay.

Excited that I FINALLY got approved 12/18 as my original application was sent 10/9. :)

I feel I'll be able to relate more with this group since my approval is and will be very close to most of you here.

Congratulations to everyone who recently got approved & to those still waiting, don't lose hope and keep up the faith, I definitely know the feeling of waiting, it'll be here before you know it!

Best wishes everyone!

Yes please no more lurking. Come out and join our party here...well torture at first..Congrats to you both that was a long wait but you made it through.Well not too many years ago it was a 3-4 month process just for USCIS. Even with RFE you made it in just over 2 months. Not bad at all.

Congrats on all the approvals.

Jaime and Khendie hurry up and join us

I'm trying to be strong and while I'm happy for others, I can't help but feel sad for me and James. I'm heart is set on Dec. 30th approval cos right now they are only approving cases from mid Nov. It's kinda strange that all these people filed on my birthday (Nov.17) are getting approved before the birthday girl...

Not sure how useful this is in predicting when you will get NOA2.

Basically all I can read out of it is that the earliest you can expect NOA2 is 3 weeks after NOA1, you have about a 15% chance of getting NOA2 4 weeks after NOA1 and about 45% after 5 weeks. If you don't get it by then, there will be a delay of which the average duration is yet to be determined.

In other words, 45% of folks get their NOA2 within 3 to 5 weeks.

Congrats to everyone who got accepted!

My noa1 date was November 10th, according to visajourney Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 13, 2015 andDecember 16, 2015*.

This means I am likely to get RFE now becuase I have not yet gotten acceptance?

Keep the faith. And even if a RFE were to occur no problem. Just adds a couple of weeks to the timeline. Just pray for a decision either NOA2 soon, or RFE sooner.

<_<

 Unless you are Jaime, in which case all bets are off, as there could be any number of external events that will mostly occur that will end it all.

Congrats on getting through the minor hurdle.

As the rest of us are now preparing for the RFE, could you from your experience share your wisdom on this. It is an unknown, and so can be a little 'scary'.

Would it be possible to share what the RFE was about in your case, and how you handled it?

If not, no problem.
