We're just so happy that our case changed status from "Received" to "Approved" this December 14, 2015.

We just celebrated our 2nd Anniversary December 13, 2015 away from each other. And this good news is the best gift for us! We're just so happy!❤️???

God bless and Good luck November K1 Filers!!! Spread the love and keep the faith!!?

Hi Glenncams, Congrats how exciting. Good to see another couple from the Philippines moving forward.

Please if you have a chance update your time line to show the date on your NOA 1 and the date of your NOA 2 approval.

Thanks

Updated Progress:

Data from December 11
Percentage of applications that have received NOA2 with NOA1 date of:
Nov 2 : 39%
Nov 6 : 23%
Nov 12: 7%
Nov 17: 0%

Data from December 14
Percentage of applications that have received NOA2 with NOA1 date of:
Nov 2 : 39%
Nov 6 : 35%
Nov 12: 15%
Nov 17: 0%

Some observations, guesses and assumptions:

It seems the USCIS public database gets updated after hours, because during the day the numbers never changed. So it probably does you no good to check several times per day.

The November 2 numbers did not change, perhaps a certain percentage of petitions go into some extra processing and take longer. Keeping an eye on the November 6 numbers to see if they plateau as well.

Thanks for the update. If you can do this every 3 days (not including weekends) that would be great and much appreciated.

I'm still wondering why there is 0% of 17th yet IGORS List here on visajourney shows at least 3 NOA 2's for 17th.

Maybe it's not a full 1 percentage of the I-129F's that were dated 11/17.

Have a great day.

Nov2 no change. I'm now sure the reviewer who has my box is on maturity/paternity leave for the rest of the year. :crying:

I noticed the update item as well. Seems to normally start after they close (after hours as you stated), and goes up to mid-night (central standard time). Although I did see one change during the day. I'm tracking 30 cases using the USCIS app. Also, I do check manually during the day, gives me something to do; psychological effect of thinking I have some sort of control.

Wondering about the extra processing. Big chunk of case receipts are together, with one and 2 scattered of approvals, RFE, name update, I-130s, mixed in between. They seem all clustered together.

My impression: Country, other than Haiti, do not seem to mean anything. UAE petition is flying through the system, even with all the negative press, which is good news--no slow.

Sorry to double post this. I started a thread before refering to this one. SO i repost it here an hopefully more will answer me.

I paid an immigration lawyer office to prepared and send file my application, according to them my application was send in on Nov. 23 2015. And up until now i still haven't NO1. Sadly the immigration lawyer office didn't send it with delivery confirmation. Im worry that my application was lost in transit, because i seen everyone one mostly get there NO1 within 10 days.

Another question for everyone been through this is, did the USCIS deposit your check before you received the Notice or the other way around ?

thanks

I have heard rumor of this sort of mal-practice happening with immigration lawyers. Read it on other threads here in VJ about lawyers making the process more complicated. Sorry to hear you are going through it.

This agency (USCIS) is operated on soft-money (fee based), so the money has to be in the bank before they do anything. If the check bounces they return the packet with no questions asked.

Yes i called..

It seems as the 0888 number gets updated last.

And the 0700 is more detailed.

I called twice once to the 0888 and they informed me they received my case.

And called the other number and they gave me full details of my case including the case number

thank you for your response, i hated because i paid for their services (immigation lawyer office) and they tried to save couple dollar by not sending it with delivery confimation, And now they have no idea if it was received or not. :(.

BTW congratulation on your case
