Thank you, so I put my timeline correct)

While you update your timeline can I suggest the following. To better serve you when answering your question(s) can you complete your VJ Profile. To do so go to the upper right hand corner select your name and under your name chose "my profile", next under your picture you choose "Edit my Profile", under profile settings scroll to the bottom of the page and you see two areas (Profile Information and Immigration Information) that accommodates vital additional information to help others in their reply to your questions. Without it, the replier may just move on and not give you the answer because they have to "work" to get that needed information. Their time is valuable.

Thank you and good luck on your journey.

I found a block for November 6 as well. I'll summarize the 3 queries below (I will ignore RFE's and refused petitions):

Percentage of applications that have received NOA2 with NOA1 date of:

Nov 6 : 23%
Nov 12: 7%
Nov 17: 0%

I'll run the same queries in a few days and we can see how they change.

This information does not give me hope that mine will be approved this week. My timeline says 18th-21st. We will see. Still hoping for pre-Christmas approval.

i do not expect NOA2 by the end of the year any more((( I forgot about holidays .

Maybe a miracle would happen, I am okay with that :wub::wub:

PS- plz tell me when is the Christmas in the USA? In Russian and Ukraine it is on 7th of January, but your holidays are different. For example we do not work on 31 of December, 1st of January, 6-7th of January and 13 of January. What about days -off in the USA?

Hey Ms. Lucky. Christmas in the US is on December 25th. Most places here are only off of work on Christmas Day and New Years Day which is January 1st. But not a lot of people work on Christmas Eve also. After New Years, there isn't a national holiday for months.

Holiday starts now

Christmas is 25th.

People are taking 2 week vacations. Some will take this week, and next week. Others will take next week and the following week. Some take 1 week, some take few days.

Dec 31 and Jan 1 are days off too.

But just do not expect much work between now and 4 January, even for people not taking vacation. There is a lot of chit chat, planning for parties, and socializing at work during this time. And with all the talk of Obama/Trump, and Congress reviewing the K-1 procedure for possible overhaul, you can be sure the USCIS staff are talking.

and it is not unusual for the Director of depts. to let their people go at noon on the 23rd.

IMPOSSIBLE: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 24, 2015 and December 27, 2015*.

If anything happens on those days, you win the multi-million dollar lottery. VJ timeline is way wacko for predicting those days.

But you could hit the state lotto, and have an early review within the next 2 weeks. Could happen.

Yeah usually December 24th, everyone has taken off, feels like an aftermath of a zombie apocalypse, almost no one on the roads and even less at their jobs.

A question: will the nvc request information from me when they receive my petition? Or will they just issue me a case number? I'm not at that stage yet but I was just wondering.
