Checked USCIS today and found that I got approved yesterday! NOA2 Dec 10 alhamdulillah, thank you everyone and looking forward continuing on this visa journey.

Just got a text... Got noa2 notification via text. My case was approved as of today... Noa2 hard copy is en route via mail!!!! Yay... Happened a little quicker then expected

I've been keeping tabs of the Nov 2 receipts. Stands at <30% processed; approval/RFE/misc

Personally I do not like the VJ timeline. It gives false hope and expectations, with <30% rate 4 days past the expected date it isn't a very good predictor. That is just my friday at midnight opinion....

I was thinking the same thing. It could be possible that there is a significant number of people not posting their NOA2's. their timelines (wishful thinking).

I've got 31 receipt numbers on my phone app that I am monitoring; ones not processed, 15 in front and 15 behind my receipt.

I've also got my spread sheet for the 150 receipts posted for my date. I'm checking each one every day---makes me feel like I am doing something.

I'm also looking at several in late October 27-29. There are several in those dates that have been processed this week, but still a lot pending.

Let's keep our fingers crossed, prayers going, knocking on wood, and whatever else it takes.....I really don't like to see or read the news because of the continued talk about 'evaluating' the K-1 visa process.

My phone app told me this morning that my application status has changed. Sure enough, my application was approved yesterday. I have not received the e-mail yet, but case does show approved on web site.

NOA1 -> NOA2 = 24 days for me

Wow I wish I was that smart to be doing all that, thanks for keeping us posted on the data you find!! It helps a lot with this process. I hope you get yours approved soon.

I see in your timeline that you entered "Texas Service Center" with a transfer to "California". That is probably why your estimate shows february. You should get your NOA2 next week.

I prefer counting bricks on my house over watching the news. I have my armchair quarterback opinions about how they are handling immigration issues across the board. The K-1 process is the least of our problems.. just my opinion.
