If it starts with WAC that means that was routed to California Service Center and it won't take that long.

When you fill out your timeline it's not transferred that's why it shows such a long time. Just change where it says texas to California!

The Federal workers at CSC can only carry over a certain amount of vacation leave each year 240 hours or 30 days, therefore many employees take off the last 2 weeks or a big portion of it at the end of the year.

This means that the holiday can in fact slow down the issuances of the NOA 2 and everything else for that matter.

So unfortunately depending on your adjudicator and how much leave they took earlier in the year some of our files may be sitting an extra few weeks untouched.

Thanks. Our story isn't really anything that interesting. I've been visiting the Philippines for several years now--visiting friends and vacationing. Before my trip in March 2014, my friend told me she had someone she wanted me to meet. So upon arriving in Davao City, my friend gave me her number and we set up a date at Jack's Ridge with a beautiful view of the city at night, and then after we went to some live music and drinks. We really hit it off, and I would visit her every day at her work for breaks and then after she got off work, we usually went out for dinner or just to hang out. I was there so often her co-workers would always smile when they saw me and even the guards at the mall entrance started smiling and recognizing me. Her days off, we went to the beach a lot. We spent a couple months together and then sadly I had to leave to go back to work, that was really hard for both of us. We tried to start a business, so that I could move there with her, but it never worked out, so we decided she should move here with me, and here we are.

Welcome to the November group!

Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you know that we are November fillers as well (well, we sent the petition October 30th).

Our NOA 1 was November 9th. We just got our NOA 2 on Wednesday, December 9th, so exactly a month after NOA 1.

Hope this information helps as you could be next on the approval list!

Welcome to the group and congrats on your NOA2,
