Alright this morning my status for the petition made it online it states that california received it. It seems you'll be able to check the status on the website sooner than I thought. The lock box got my petition on the 27th.

:thumbs: That's good news.

Your timeline scared me for a minute because it shows adjudication between July 2, 2016 and September 6, 2016. If your petition was routed to California, it should be adjudicated at the end of December or early January (hopefully).

Journey :-)

I'd rather take a F-15 Mach 2 full afterburner to NOA2 and past to Visa finish without smelling any roses along the way. Never mind the journey, never mind any excitement or story to tell. Let it be fast, boring, nothing to write (or cry) about, no soap opera.

:joy:CSC is awesome. James has no patience. Reflecting upon what could have been (TSC) is not in my DNA... Looking on the bright side means to kick it into high gear, blow and go on this process.

:secret: As my fiancé tells me 'inshalla', be patient, all will come in time....And so can a heart attack

:):dance::yes:

where is my brown bag, time to breath....

Hello, welcome to the group.. You have come to the right place that is for sure.

Did you sign up for E-notifications when you sent in your form to USCIS?

Did you put "I-129F" on the outside of the envelope?

If you haven't already go to www.uscis.gov and sign up for case status.

Once you get your NOA1 you can track your case.

Apparently they will send notifications if there are any updates but I've yet to see any.

Thank you, and yes I signed up for e-notifications, downloaded the USCIC tracking app, and out I-129F on the envelope. Just got notice this afternoon that our packet was delivered so anxiously awaiting the number that will let us track.

Again, so thankful for this group/forum....don't know what I'd do without it!

Congrats! I completely understand the nerve-wracking. Sometimes this feels like a game designed by a really mean person.

Brown paper bag and a shot of whiskey helps; just skip the bag. I've been living on 3 hours sleep a night for the past 3 weeks.

Glad to have you part of the sleepless club...welcome
