Thank you!

And I remember back in the beginning all your doubts about us pulling this off. <_< Oh now that I recall it was me with that Plan B.

I'm thinking for the whole AOS and on process if we quickly have a couple of children together that may be able to secure it, that would be better evidence than just a joint bank account I'm thinking. Aisha will need to cooperate; Twins will be most efficient.

We still have a couple hundred pages to go to hit your goal of 500.:thumbs:

Kids on the application would help but how's that happening for your 90 day AOS? LOL

The CO then told Aisha that the visas were approved, and would be ready in 7 business days. Aisha translated to Niman, who while sitting there in front of the CO gave Aisha a high five.

I believe all of us was expecting a very detailed and accurate account of the interview process for you and yours. You didn't let us down.. in fact, this is your best post to date, in my opinion. This one line makes it all worth it.

Congratulations to all three of you!!

Count down. Lots of time to contemplate many things.

Thank you!!!

Lol....yes lots of time.. going for my medicals tomorrow.

but I have a question, am thinking what's the best way to assemble our pictures? Hard copies or photobook. What size is better?

Thanks

It really doesn't make a difference.

For me, I took 4 photos and arrange them on a word document page and used a total of 12 photos to make my presentation. I printed the word document using my laser jet color printer on regular copy paper and the pictures turned out just fine. You don't have to be elegant nor do you have to have hundred's of photos. You want your pictures to show you have a genuine relationship so pictures with family and the two of you together in loving poses will suffice.

Good luck.

I got a 5x7 photo book, with 20 pages. Why that size? Because it fits under the glass. You can pass to the CO when they ask for it with no problem. 20 pictures is way more than enough....As the wise one has stated you can have less.

How to select:

First created piles. Pile 1 'couple' pictures, regardless of pose. Pile 2 family pictures, regardless if we were both in them or not; just as long as one of us was there.

Then checked each picture from the point of view of someone else seeing it, and what it would say to them. Facial features, activity, clothing, hair style.

Note: clothing and hair style make a difference for those pictures that do not have date/time stamps. My cheap Olympus point and shoot has a date/time stamp option, while my expensive Nikon does not (but stored in data file that is a pain to extract). Lucky for me Aisha changes her hair style as often as someone changes clothes, so it was obvious the pictures where not all taken the same time.

Look for funny, unique, as well as the posed 'party pic'. Give the CO something to smile at, and have a conversation about.

Then placed in the order you want in order to tell a story.

I'm taking my sweet time now after work in the mornings to photocopy my W-2's, already got my printed out Tax Returns from HR Block and ordered the transcripts from the IRS for 2014 & 2015 just for kicks, job wants a copy of the confirmation for the DS-160 before they give me an employment verification letter. >:(

I'm wondering when I should go to my bank and get the statement from the bank official, if I should do that closer to the time of the DS-160 or should I start that now?

Wow....Jamie. I like your idea as well. Am think of using 20-25 page photobook. And we have lots of good pictures, of ourselves and with family members and friends telling a story.

My fiance came to spence sometime with me for one month January 15th - February 16. So we had a nice time....

Anyways thanks for your help.
