Welcome to the boards. You may have yours by this Friday.

Did you sign up for E-notification when you mailed in your petition?

You may want to start a timeline as well.

Just go to your profile and fill it in under "my timeline"

Thank you, glad to be here.

Good luck to us all.

I will update here and on the timeline as I receive information (such as NOA1) to keep others informed. Hopefully it goes to California Service Center! Fingers Crossed!!

I did not do the EMAIL notification form because I was not aware of it. Sent I-129F to the Dallas Lock box on Nov 10th, USPS delivered on Nov 12th. I failed to write " I-129F " on the mailing envelope but it still made it.

So this morning I strolled out to the mailbox not expecting anything and there it was - "NOA 1" Hard Copy notice date 11/17/2015 - and CSC - California.

What a relief. Step 1 down just 99 more steps to go..hahaha...hurry up and wait!

So Glenncams I would say your hard copy should today or Wednesday at the latest on the NOA 1 hard copy depending on how far you live from Laguna Niguel, CA which is where it was mailed from on the 19th.

Keep us up to date on any progress.

I can't wait to tell my gal in the Philippines when she wakes up.

As of this moment, we haven't received any hard copy of noa from csc. My fiace glenn lives in las vegas, nevada. We'll just wait patiently until dec16

I was just looking at your time line and I'm wondering how u no Texas is handling your case if you haven't received your Noa1 notice?... That's the notice that will shows which state will process your case.
