What do you mean now. You only just submitted the initial I129f? If that is the case it can take 30 to 45 days before you will hear your approval. About 1 week to see that it has been excepted.

Once you receive your NOA2 then do the following:

Keep in mind that a forum like this one is for initial bonding with others who are along the same timeline as you for initial processing. The initial application is the same no matter where in the world you are. The required documents are included and use the this website as a check list. Once you have completed or gathered the required documents you'll be ready for your interview.

Things will continue as is. The only days that the Embassy's are schedule, including NVC and USCIS will be Thursday, November 26 Thanksgiving Day and

Friday, December 25 Christmas Day otherwise their offices are open.

The holidays will not change anything other then the government is not work on Thursday, November 26 Thanksgiving Day and Friday, December 25 Christmas Day. Everything continues to be processed and interview screened.

Hi everyone, hope we belong here. We filed our K1 packet last Nov11 and received an email from USCIS last Nov20 confirming the acceptance of our case. Indicated in the email that our case was routed to CSC for processing. I also checked our case via myUCIS-Case Status online. Now, we're still patiently waiting for the hard copy of notice.?

I did not do the EMAIL notification form because I was not aware of it. Sent I-129F to the Dallas Lock box on Nov 10th, USPS delivered on Nov 12th. I failed to write " I-129F " on the mailing envelope but it still made it.

So this morning I strolled out to the mailbox not expecting anything and there it was - "NOA 1" Hard Copy notice date 11/17/2015 - and CSC - California.

What a relief. Step 1 down just 99 more steps to go..hahaha...hurry up and wait!

So Glenncams I would say your hard copy should today or Wednesday at the latest on the NOA 1 hard copy depending on how far you live from Laguna Niguel, CA which is where it was mailed from on the 19th.

Keep us up to date on any progress.

I can't wait to tell my gal in the Philippines when she wakes up.

You will get hard copies even if you requested email.

Only the petitioner receives the hard copies.

USCIS doesn't send NOA overseas.

Mine was received by lock box on 12th as well and not a peep yet.

Hopefully this week BEFORE Thursday(Holiday)

Good news. I got my noa1 today. It's dated 11/16. Just took a while to get to my house. It's being processed in Cali...

Congrats another successful NOA 1 for November members. PartyTime Njwright911. We can breath a sigh of relieve over the long holiday weekend.

Next up is NOA 2. Don't want to think of that until December.

Well according to the processing time estimates on your timeline your NOA 2 should be set on 12/5 that is only 12 days from now WOW!

Well the 5th is a Saturday so give them till Dec 7th haha
