Thank you guys. I feel relieved. They should verbally have to tell you if you are approved or not. They are trying to give us a heart attack. But I am very happy!!! My fiance got like 3 hours of sleep so she is about to pass out. Feels good to be at the end of this long process. Now I need to buy plane tickets. :D

I can't wait to know how that feels. It is like this never ending haunted house. Stressors at every corner, and turn. Twilight zone. Now who said 'enjoy' the journey?

Good job on your part! Now you can advise those who come after you...you are the wise older oracles now :thumbs:

You all are great! We have all had a great part in each others lives. Without this forum, some of us might have never got to be with the one we love. Or it could have taken a lot longer.

Thank you for your help! Sorry for the inconvenience....I know everyones time is valuable. I will try to find the Germany forum.

:thumbs: Thanks. It just helps us to help you and after all that is why you are here. Your not alone, many forget to finish there profile and as many people I try to help and others, I just don't usually go looking for that information. Most times it's needed to give the person the proper answer. I don't want to give a K-1 answer for someone who is processing an IR-1 visa or any other visa if I have to hunt for that information. Ask any question you want here or in the German sub-forum. Lot's of people willing to help.

Okay. So I just heard from my fiance. She said they took her passport and said she will receive it in 2 weeks. They didn't say if she was approved or not. Is that bad? Would they take your passport if they deny you? From what her and I have read this is a good thing.

That means she is approved but pending the last minute tiding up of the file you should have your visa shortly.

Congrats :dancing::dancing::dancing:
