My fiancé is from India.

That's nice that she is from India, but we would like to help you but we still don't know what visa you are chasing. So if you fill in your timeline and complete your profile then we only have to look when we are answering a question of yours. If I have to search for who what and where then I just pass and move on to the next person who HAS taken the time to fill in properly their information.

So you are saying they went to Texas because they did not put "i-129F" on the envelope?

You have me worried now.

I sent mine 11/20 TEN days ago and not a peep.

I did not know about the electronic notification form so I did not include that.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Tyler Relax. Your find. You are not going to prison because you forgot to label your submission with I-129F. Ok.

No Tyler that's not what I'm saying. I was just commenting on what HappyLayton posted. We all go through the Texas lock box but we are not all petitioned in Texas.

Your initial submission is sent to Texas whereupon the determine where it will be processed based on work load. As it is not Texas is a little slammed and cases are being sent to California. No idea how long that will last but it is what is taking place now.

In your timeline you can begin with Texas but if it's sent to Cali then just back in and fill in that it went to California. No bigger.

Hi everyone, hope we belong here. We filed our K1 packet last Nov11 and received an email from USCIS last Nov20 confirming the acceptance of our case. Indicated in the email that our case was routed to CSC for processing. I also checked our case via myUCIS-Case Status online. Now, we're still patiently waiting for the hard copy of notice.?

I'm wondering how much of a delay the holidays will cause. In the meantime... my fiance' and I are competing for the anxious and nervous title

Hi just a quick question - I've filed the 129F with assisance from an immigration attorney - they are expensive and I felt didn't really add much to the process - should I use them for the AOS and Employment Authorisation as well, or are those simpler procedures - if so I'd rather save on the attorney fees - any advice will be greatly appreciated.
