Approved today 01-28-16. (NOA1) date 01-09-15, 80 days. Our case is proof you need to be patient. We received RFE requesting evidence we already submitted with our original I-129F submission. It upset us that we were being asked for evidence we had already submitted; however, we decided to stay calm and use it as an opportunity front load more and update both letter of intents to marry and send additional evidence that wasn't asked for. I left to visit my fiancee in the Philippines one day before the arrival of the RFE in the mail. Had my mother FedEx it to me and sent my response back to my mother because FEDEX won't deliver to P.O. Box. Had mother then forward by USPS express mail, and YES with signature request upon delivery. The USCIS signed for it on 1-25-16 and we were approved today 1-28-16. Below is a copy of the RFE response cover letter.

RE: “Request for Evidence” WAC169012xxxx

Dear Service Center Professional: January 14, 2016

Enclosed is the evidence you asked me to provide in regards to Beneficiary’s intent to marry me in the United States. Also enclosed is the information you requested in regard to christianfilipino.com website, and circumstance under which we met to establish a relationship, and evidence they are not an International Marriage Broker. I have also included additional evidence showing my fiancée is now pregnant with our child, and I am currently in Philippines visiting her.

  • Updated “Letters of Intent to Marry,” from Beneficiary and Petitioner.
  • Circumstance of Meeting: After first meeting my fiancée on christianfilipino.com social website on October 18-19, 2014, we soon after started communicating by telephone service everyday using Impact Connect and Vontage. We also began communicating using Facebook Messenger, Facetime, and our Facebook timelines. I am also resubmitting a copy of the I-129 F Supplement: Part 2, Question 34a that was sent with I-129-F Petition.
  • International Marriage Broker (IMB) Enclosed you will find a copy of the ChristianFilipino.com disclosure printed from their website stating why they are not an International Marriage Broker. I also emailed them and attached a response email from them dated November 24, 2015 which they also state they are not an international marriage broker.
  • Medical Certificate and Ultrasound Report showing Beneficiary is pregnant with dates showing she conceived during my visit September 4-13, 2015.
  • Additional evidence enclosed: I am currently in the Philippines now visiting my Fiancée; I arrived on Friday, January 8, 2016. Enclosed are some time stamped photo’s and copy of entry passport stamp and Airline receipt and boarding pass. I will be departing back to the United States on Sunday, January 24, 2016.

Thank you for you time and effort in reviewing our I-129F application for fiancée visa, it is much appreciated.

Thank you

That is too funny. I used to live in Mesquite, TX back in the early 90's and I had an interview with the USCIS well back then it was just the good ol'e INS.

It was a part time gig. I passed on it as one of the people in charge was bat #### crazy.

Well let us know how it goes.
