TSC arent accepting any new petitions its been that way since March. Texas has serious back log and they are only dealing cases they already have so petitions get processed at CSC

Hi, do you know if he put the words/letters "I-129F" on the outside of the envelope with the address?

Thanks and congrats

Its a good idea but it doesn't matter with the correct address it gets to its destination

Happy Layton that's not true. Check the time lines of the most recent people that joined this forum. I can name 2 of them.

Timelines arent always accurate.

My timeline was saying Texas too.

As all Petitions get mailed to the Texas Locbox.

But upon receiving your NOA1 you will see that your petition will be routed to California which i also learned is not a transfer!

Hahah so much information.

Go check the October group check their timelines i read way back and based on reading no one has been processed by Texas... Which is super awesome

Yes that is great. If it's true but I was referring to this month. And those time lines are right.

Alot of these people like ourselves are newbies and it's alot we don't know...

The first thing we will all do is assume that we are beinv processed by TSC and alot of us dont genrally know the advanced information without reading. But its really sad if they got sent to Texas

So you are saying they went to Texas because they did not put "i-129F" on the envelope?

You have me worried now.

I sent mine 11/20 TEN days ago and not a peep.

I did not know about the electronic notification form so I did not include that.

Please let me know.

Thanks

No Tyler that's not what I'm saying. I was just commenting on what HappyLayton posted. We all go through the Texas lock box but we are not all petitioned in Texas.

Happy Laytons to prove your point I just looked at the time line of "Demelat"he/she is the one who asked if their case would be sent to CSC so she doesn't know yet BUT she put in her timeline "TSC" probably because many assume since the lock box is in Texas that is what they should put when they first fill out their timeline. I did the same mistake on mine as well but corrected it a shortly after.

Thanks Happy!

Have a great weekend
