what a week man, lots of things went wrong, hoping next week will be better.

I've been plagued with things going wrong since the week before Christmas. Good news for me today, finally. Hopefully a sign of better things to come.

So for this IMBRA thing should I just print out the terms and conditions of the website and a quick letter explaining we met on there and ship it back ?

Yes, that and a brief cover letter. I would print that out in it's entirety (1 through 12). Would also be a good idea to sign, date, and put your NOA1 receipt number on both.

You might want to also print their "Help/FAQ/Contact" page... just to be safe. The first sentence of the first paragraph says "Please keep in mind that this is a free dating site". I did not see that on the "Terms" page.

DateInAsia is a very popular site, so they should be familiar with that.

Your statement and TOS will be enough. Just follow the return instructions closely.

No one can say for sure what your timeline will be but basically you have been approved and they are just waiting to send you the final word after they have your evidence on meeting online. Once they get that usually turn around time is about 2 weeks baring any other problems but which I doubt at this juncture.

You should hear something soon. Then it's up to you how fast you want to go within the boundaries of your Embassy.

•If you met on a website, be sure to add the terms of use/service from the website and your own short description of what the website is, that you met on. We live in a very social media society now, and "marriage brokering" is a no no with US immigration, and they sometimes will not recognize a website and consequently will issue an RFE for further information. So, giving the information upfront will save you some time.
