NVC keeps quoting me 35 days, I feel like they aren't even inputting the information I give them before they tell me to wait 35 days. They immediately ask for case number then say when was the approval notification and then jump to saying 35 days....

Your away ahead of the curve. You need to slow down and not be so impatient. You just got your approval on 1/19 and it hasn't even been 5 days and already you are demanding that it be done now just for you. It doesn't work that way. Have you not been reading the post's that have been made on this subject throughout this thread?

Everyone has answered that question with WAIT 7 to 10 BUSINESS days before calling. Those who wait they get their number usually on the first or second call. Bingo Bango DONE. Your calling way to soon and it doesn't surprise me that they are telling you wait 35 days. The can see your NOA2 date of approval and know very well that your case number is not in the system yet.

How can I retrieve a copy of my DS-160 confirmation page? I tried retrieving it using my phone but i can't open my application. I want to print another copy of my confirmation. I have 2copies on hand. One for medical and another one for the interview. I might need a nother copy for the CFO.

Just make a copy using a copy machine at a copy store. Simple.

Since there are so many who process through the Philippines they are rather quick with the visa deliveries. Keep your path clear and eye on the prize as you will soon be in each other arms.

Thank you Greenbaum.

My original plan was to let an attorney handle everything. My attorneys plan was to go on a 14-day cruise... with my money! That's when I started considering doing this myself. Found this site and learned how to navigate, learned how to read timeline charts, and focused on the Philippine forums. It was here that I found the most valuable tools... knowledge and wisdom from experience.. and experiences of others.

Oh, and that Red Twisting Arrow. And the best part... it's free! Priceless

Thank you for the complement. If you haven't visited my website there is information there that is generic in nature. I just updated my website for some neat tools for accessing information for the processing of your visa with USCIS. That is not country specific. Also, when you are ready to get your SSN and file the AOS, ROC and Naturalization packages there is information on website for you to use and it is not country specific.

Received my RFE letter! It wasn't a pesky signature afterall ( I guess I did sign the bio form).

But it is what I originally thought. Circumstances of meeting since I mentioned we met online. They just want me to specify/provide details of the website so they know it was indeed not an International Marriage Broker.

No other evidence needed. I will type a statement and enclose OkCupid's terms of service. Will that suffice?

Once I submit the RFE answer, what do you all think is the timeline for our interview? My fiance would like to leave the UK mid April. Is that achievable?

I sent them the terms of service of the site I met my fiance. Just print out the entire thing, read it and make sure it says something about it. I'm sure it does but I would check anyway. In my case, I printed that out and I also sent the site an email about it. They responded and I added that email with my documents that I sent them. Not sure if that was necessary.

That's good news... easy fix. I would not waste any time firing the response back to them. Weather might be a factor.

Terms of service and a brief cover letter should be fine.

I'll let somebody else answer the second question.

I'm not sure what the process is from NOA2 to interview in the Queen's country, but your comadres all seem to average 2 months from NOA2 to interview date. You may want to ask them if it is by choice, or their decision.

Assume 2 months from NOA2 to interview

You send in the RFE Next week. Three weeks later you have NOA2 (worse case is 3 weeks). Then 2 months later you have interview middle of April.

Yeap, it is doable! Get that info in overnight. Then do whatever you do for your faith, light candles, walk across broken glass, no chocolates.....

Egad they are 'demanding' who do they think they are? This is a democracy. They can't demand.
