Will do. I just can't think of what it could be. I hope it's something simple and stupid and not something that would ruin the whole process.

Once you finish and get your approval, if you set out the steps for processing through Ethiopia, I would very much like to have it as I plan on being around to help others. That would be a nice gift to others following you if you have the time.

T,

You know I was going to do that, but now I know who to give it to--You are of course the right person to pass it along (I was hoping you'd ask). I wasn't sure how to update that Ethiopian Embassy site.

Since that format, for review of embassy, was done things have changed a lot. Some of that is no longer applicable, so it makes it difficult to 'fill' in the blanks. An observation on my part.

It probably is something minor, think of this as just part of the process, I'm glad your case got movement! If you hurry and send it it shouldn't add too much time.

Glad to hear that more people are hearing back this week, even if it's RFE it's a response on your cases and assurance your cases aren't just lost!

Message to the group. You guys don't run off. We got 332 more pages to hit that magic 500 that The Great Greenbaum stated earlier.

Plus if you get quiet, I'll have to yap about mindless stuff.

After we finish with the K1 we have the AOS. So we are just getting started. There is a lot more hyperventilating, gnashing of teeth, beating the drum to go through as yet. Think it is tough not to be with our loved ones right now, imagine not getting that green card....now that would be some serious heartache. I'm already dreading that process. :protest:

Try not to loose sleep over it. Seems like they are very thorough when they review petitions, so any little discrepancy can result in an RFE. I was nervous too, but I was able to take care of it the same day. At least you know it is being processed and as long as you reply quickly, it probably adds only 2-3 weeks to the process. Any progress is good.

Hello All,

I have a question regarding Singapore Police clearance.

If I have the NOA2, a copy of the check list letter from embassy and the letter from NVC stating our case number and that its been forwarded to the embassy, can I use this as document proof to get a police clearance from Singapore.Ive heard people say you need a specific document from the manila embassy alled a request letter. I sent a request to the embassy for this letter but they have not responded back yet

Im just hoping maybe the documentation I have is enough.

Hello all :)

Technically I am an October flier but that thread is a deserted wasteland so I have been mostly following your antics in here.

Thought I would wander in, say hi and hope that I don't get summarily evicted for being an unlawful tenant

I'll be in the corner over there, out of sight just sitting quietly...

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

Please can anyone reassure me that a screen shot of the case status from CEAC "READY" canbe used as a sub for the NVC letter. Thank you so much!

YES! screenshot and print it. Then go to SLEC together with your online reg confirmation. ;)

You need the photo before completing DS 160... Breath in and breath out take the steps slowly, you are close to the interview but take note of the following. Have you completed all the necessary docs needed in the interview? How about the medical? :)

Good to see another UK filer! I've got my medical booked in for tomorrow, any advice you can give me as to how it was, as you're a bit ahead of me? Best of luck with the interview when you have it!
