Hi,

Anybody mail out their I-129F to the Texas Lock box around 11/10?

I mailed mine priority mail and per USPS it was received by USCIS on 11/12.

I called my bank today and they said the money order was cased TODAY 11/19

I did not know about the electronic notice update form until AFTER I sent the petition so I won't get an electronic notification of NOA 1 although I understand I can sign up for electronic notice once I have the case number or A- number.

My other issues is that i did not know that I should have put "i-129F" on my mailing envelope/box. I thought the address of the lock box was ONLY for I-129F's didn't realize other forms were sent there as well, my mistake.

So my questions is has anyone else left off the "I-129F written" on the envelope and what kind of delay if any did it create in receiving your NOA 1?

Maybe I should post this to one of the early month threads as most folks in this November thread are probably still early on in the process.

Thanks to any who can advise.

Good luck to us all.

They like to have it on the envelope for better routing but if you forgot, it will still get to the intended station for processing.

Then they have accepted your application and the NOA1 is in the mail.

My application was received on the 12th, received NOA1 on the 17th, same day they cashed the check.

You don't have to put i129f on the envelope. I mailed my package on the 6 it was delivered on the 9 i recieved email notification on the 17. I'm still waiting for hard copy, you should get yours soon

Ok thanks for sharing your experience. I know it will get there and I don't "have" to put on the i-129F but I think it might delay it.

As you say you sent it on 6th and 11 days later still no paper notice.

Others send and 7 days later they have it already.

Oh well guess we just have to be patient.

Thanks
