Every article I read.. I can see the CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT. I guess I really need it.

Hi imekai!

I'm also in the same situation, we wanted to pick an early Feb. date for the interview & do the medical before the end of January (next week, actually). I read from the October filers forum (someone please correct me if I didn't read that right) ^_^ , there were a few who mentioned that the screenshot on CEAC saying Ready will suffice, or that the letter from NVC will do. By any chance, has your fiance gotten the letter from NVC in the mail? :)

According to SLEC website, they want a copy of the NVC letter and/or the embassy interview confirmation page/letter/email. Screenshot with "Ready" is fine.

Hi there Kay&Tony... Hi Erika! I'll do my medical next week as well, we might bump into each other at St. Luke's :content: As much as I want to grab the Jan. 27 Interview date, I still need to secure my NBI Clearance (been putting that off, my fault <_< ).

Anyway, that's cool! You're just a few steps away from the finish line. I'm sure all will go well. Best of luck :)

I would think you can, as the petitioner on behalf of the beneficiary. Hard to say, however. In my case I contacted the embassy on behalf of my other half. As long as I had the info, beneficiary's name, dob, NVC case #, passport # etc...they didn't have a problem

Never hurts to try. The worst they can say is no. If you don't try you'll never know :-)

See if this applies. This is what I am basing my ability to receive information.

we requested letter of employment from The office and they said u have to tells us for whom we r preparing the support letter so which address should we put !?

I wrote mine and handed it to HR for the Director to sign. Makes it easier for everyone. All they had to do was confirm the numbers, put on letterhead, and he signed. I included this letter with the financial support form with the original petition. Now I'll take paystubs from the last 6 months to support.

It was addressed to "To Whom This May Concern"

If you need an address, use the some one you used for the "intent to marry" letter.

Thanks for this site, I will try to make sense of everything it says. I am just confused cause I read that my embassy doesn't want you to do anything until you receive packet 3, but I'm confused as to how I will be receiving it....someone told me email, but how do they get your email address? It's so confusing...

Use your email in the DS-160 application. If you are not familiar with the DS-160 go to this page and review it: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/DS-160-Example-Form.pdf

Hi,

Welcome to the party. No stress on your NOA2. You got a while to go. Recommend getting a paper bag now, because you are checking so early I can tell you are going to be like me. Hyperventilation just thinking about all that might go wrong. :sleepy:

Hi Thank you,

Yeah, I know it is a little early, I am hoping that it goes a little faster considering the fact that he was in the US already and has a SSN. I do not know if this makes a difference. It probably depends on the officer that has our application, who knows who it works lol. thanks!
