Alright got an update. RFE just right now.

Might be that all my signatures are electronic and not wet. I also didn't have a cover letter which I didn't think would be that important. Also if they need more pictures or whatever my fiancee is coming this wednesday. I guess things happen for a reason. At least now it's moving! I still thank God :)

Yay!! Good to hear there is some progress. :joy: I know, at this point any kind of status update is helpful to know they have even looked at it. Hoping I hear something today too. It is my fiance's birthday so a birthday approval would be amazing. He might come visit soon too since our case is taking longer. We haven't seen each other since September. :crying:

Yeah same here! Last time we saw each other was September. Im guessing it will take another 2-3 months before the whole thing gets done. Way too long to wait. I hope you hear something today as well! :)

SO my RFE says I need to submit a passport style photo of the beneficiary. I did this.

It was alittle bigger than the normal passport size by maybe a quarter inch. Is this the issue?

Or is the issue that I printed it at walgreens but it was a photo of the passport photo he sent in email?

I dont wanna get another RFE but I dont wanna whatever amount of time it will take him to send me the picture what do you think I should do?

Thanks

Lara

Was the photo he sent the same size as yours?

I got my photo taken at walgreens as well so I don't think that would be an issue!!
