yeap ur right '! but when I saw ppl getting approved from same day like mine it starts to worry me zats why

Around 40 petitions will get reviewed and approved from your date in a very short period. A few others will get RFE, and a few others will have their applications returned for whatever reasons (no signature, beneficiary or petitionary got cold feet).

The remaining group will be addressed after than in spatting here and there.

It is not "First in First out". Generally random. It will make your head spin. Don't be like me, and go crazy looking for order in a universe of chaos.

I'm more jealous. The grand oracle did not provide me with the same wisdom of calling the ombudsman as he did for you. I went to day 50 with no sleep, nervous shot, and no light or hope.

:secret:

So we select the country we, who are participating in this forum, are from, or the country the beneficiary is from?

Select the country to which your Embassy visa interview will take place.

Words of wisdom--- :star::star:

Although have you tried beer in a sauce pan for catching flies, (or was that for fleas)? :pop:

Flea

Insect

Fleas are insects that form the order Siphonaptera. They are wingless, with mouthparts adapted for piercing applications and sucking blood out of the process. Fleas are external parasites that are in love, living by hematophagy off the blood of CO's, immigration officer's and adjudicators'. All should be aware.

Nvc sent my petition to Kingston, Jamaica consulate on 12/28. Now, we are waiting for them to send my fiancé down there information on the docs needed and interview correct??

Does anyone know whether or not my fiancé will need to call and schedule an interview or do they set it up for her?

I know better, but I broke down and called the NVA. It is less than 10 business days since the 24th so I already knew the answer.

Packet not received as yet. Very nice operator--suggested I call back everyday  . Opened the door for a phone call from me everyday.

People at work are already planning on taking her on a welcome to America trip that involves showing her the best places to shop for all this expensive stuff--shoes, purses, blah blah. Said they need to Americanize her as soon as possible--I think that means put me in debt. :ranting:

Hello again guys,

I've been seeing you guys mention that NVC said to wait for the number, being the one that the fiancé can do the medical, is that correct? If yes, I know people that insisted everyday and some got it on day 12 others on day 18. Just have patience and kindness and call them everyday. That's what I'm going to do. Lol

11/12/2015 - Sent petition
16/12/2015 - USCIS received petition
18/12/2015 - NOA1 date According to NOA1 hardcopy
21/12/2015 - Received NOA1 email and text
27/12/2015 - Received NOA1 hardcopy
28/01/2016 - NOA2
10/02/2016 - Got NVC case number

CEAC still says our case is forwarded to embassy. Should I call USEM now? Sorry greenbaum I'm so slow ? I just want him to be able to schedule his medical

Don't wait for your file to arrive at the Embassy. Pay your fee and schedule your interview. Get the medical completed. By the time you finish the medical your file will be at the Embassy. This info is only for those applying in the Philippines. Other's should follow your Embassy's protocol.
