Did some research apparently it's for when you will pay for your AOS.

I just checked the forms that you will use for AOS and ROC and there is no invoice number. My guess is it's for the payment you made for your 129F. Either way I wouldn't concern yourself with it. Haven't heard of anyone needing.

Wow ok, I didn't think it would be for something like that.

Thanks!

Things have really picked up here.

NOA 2 was just 12/15 and per the site to schedule interviews she could have an interview in Manila as soon as 1/12 next week which is less than 1 month from NOA 2 approval. Too soon for us. Schedule it when it is more convenient for you guys. I don't think Feb schedule is open yet so check back around the middle of the Jan to see if Feb is open.

I don't think NVC has even sent our file to the embassy yet and need to do the medical. You can do your medical without your files at the Embassy. Also, I would recommend getting the CFO out of the way when she is doing her medical. Then when she is approved, just needs to return and get the sticker put in her passport. Some of found the CFO booked when they wanted to do it and so they had to change all their plans. Get what you can done now. NBI and CENMAR she can get now also. Check ceac and see if it says "ready for interview".

Yes holiday slow down. They have cashed your check and are touching your case so you will be fine. Hopefully an approval by end of next week if not much sooner!

Hang in there.

You posted in the Phil sub forum but here is the answer to your other question concern the requirements for St. Luke's

St. Luke's doesn't want "the letter" from USEM, they want a copy of the interview confirmation letter/email/webpage printout, OR the NVC letter OR a screen print from CEAC with your MNL#.

That is used by those applying for a IR-1/CR-1 immigration visa.

Not for K1's non-immigrant. So ignore the invoice number if you are a K-1.

So upset, Want to throw up. I submitted everything perfectly to USCIS, went over everything multiple times, Just received RFE

Throw up. Drink water, wipe. Then smile.

You got a response. You know that the your approval is just around the corner. It is all in your hands now. No more guessing. Whatever they ask for download on them with the evidence. Maybe, if you didn't do it frontload---I'd have to ask Greenbaum about that.

No matter, you got this.....Really

USCIS is pinging today. I just got noticed of 4 cases from Nov 2 that have been reviewed today. Being notified during the day is sort of out of norm, since most all notifications have been happening after 6pm. RFE for all 4.

But there does seem to be a lot of activity. Which is good for everyone.

How are you tracking these things? Do you have an app?

Oracle Greenbaum or anyone... I called NVC again. And it seems that because i am not the petitioner everyone just keep on saying "give us 30-45 days then we will notify you." Does that matter? My fiance is just busy fixing all the stuff before i get there. He has no time waiitng so i am the one doing the call.

Thanks

Too funny  I couldn't live without my OneNote. That is a great tool to keep track of things. The same questions get ask over and over as people more through the process and all I do is either update the information or cut and paste or both.

I was always one for enter it once and use it many times kind of guy.

The problem is that I did front load the petition, I provided tons and tons of evidence. The one thing that it may be is i filed for someone else on march 2015, and this was sent in november of 2015. but i did cancel marches, so a multiple filer waiver would not have been needed because that petition was stuck at TSC and was never approved. Multiple filer would only exist if they had been approved........

so say you get RFE, do you have to send a whole new packet in ? Do you go to the end of the line? or do you just express mail what they ask and only what they ask? Do you retain your spot and once you send it in they cross it off and approve you? does anyone in here know or have gotten an rfe themseles but then approved? IS RFE end of world?
