I think any ramifications coming from the Paris travesty is the limiting of refugees that enter the U.S. On an annual basis. ISIS stated that they Succesfully got 4000 jihadists masked as refugees into Europe. Visas for finances/ spouses are much different then refugees or migrants trying to flee their country for safety. There may be some backlash, possibly slowing, but nothing very significant (in my humble opinion). Maybe that's just me being optimistic. I just think the issue is mainly now refugees , especially migrants from countries that have been linked to jihadists (not being racist or prejudice but that is the frame of the issue gov is looking at it now.)

My two cents are: I am an Italian citizen, which might be seen as strictly linked to this very French mess; I haven't received my NOA2 yet, and it might be slowed. On top of this whole thing: being a pending K1 might look suspicious for a 80 days visit. I have my flight next Monday! I don't know what kind of proofs I could bring along to prove my intentions to come back to "messed-up Europe" without trying to sneak a marriage. I don't own anything apart my bank account and some already scheduled medical check-ups already planned.

If not its normally a 7-10 days waiting for hardcopy by mail

I mailed it on November 6 Friday it was delivered on monday the 9. I did send it with with email/text notification. Never got any notification

I got another trip coming up, where we will over document our visit; additional evidence for the interview. And of course prep for the interview questions.

The interview is sort of like the Newlywed Game, and the prize is the Visa

Im here also planning a surprise for my fiance's birthday which is the 28th. We also booked an all inclusive resort here in Jamaica for 7 days... Yayyyyy I've never had 7 whole days with my fiance. Its always 4 days his job is super demanding... So im looking forward to this 7 days and hope we will have a noa, 2 by time he gets here

We decided to use a lawyer so it was the lawyer who emailed me today that the receipt was received and he attached a copy.
