i have question... although our case was approved yesterday, we did'nt recieved any email or text... but it shows approved on uscis case status tracker site.. we got text and email for NOA1... but no text/email for NOA2.. should we need to worry??

The same we do have- there is AN APPROVAL on the USCIS dated 29 of December!!! but still do not have the email notice! the best gift EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11.17.2015- sent petition
11.23.2015- NOA-1
12.29.2015- NOA-2

01.12.2016- NVC received

01.17.2016- NVC case #

01.21.2016- Medical Exam

02.10.2016- Interview Approved

I also called but ours isn't there yet. My approval was a day after yours. Just call them the next day. They always tell us call after 30 days. Though you can always call them everyday to check.

Your's should be there today then or Thursday at the latest.

I wish we could at least check USCIS website or app. So we might b.e in the same spot but not even know, cause our NPA1 isn't recognised by any of them. I'll try to call them later.

No chart today, don't have time to make one, but here are todays numbers

Nov 2: 61%

Nov 6: 58%

Nov 12: 44%

Nov 17: 43%

Nov 25: 0%

Looks like Nov 2 and 6 moved a lot. Still no action on Nov 25

We didn't receive either, no worries, you will probably just receive hard copy next week and Congrats!!!

I had not heard of that issue that is so strange, I would definitely call them if I were you, best of luck!!

We got our approval late last night!!! Still in shock - Jaime I think it was the Knighting, Tyler I think it was your approval of Jaime's Knighting! Either way I'm over the moon. Keyinde is next..... we'll all get there in time. Mine took 6.5 weeks (NOA1 dated the 13th). I won't say be patient because I was anything but..... just keep the faith everyone. HAPPY 2016 to ALL of us xxxx

We're also waiting for our NOA2; (NOA1 date: November 30th) hope to get an approval very very soon. ?
