I was out for dinner and on the way home I thought man it's almost 9pm if Jaime doesn't have his NOA tonight how the heck am I going to repay him all that money he paid me. I spent it all on Christmas gifts for my girl...LOL.

So James1942 will you be calling NVC first thing on Monday? you know the answer to your question already. But I have to ask, do I start at 0700, 0730, or 0800 Central Standard Time? :clock::clock:

I got a plane ticket to purchase. application to complete, interview date to schedule--wedding planning is already in the works. Now I am let loose to do what I do best.

By the way, ever think about setting up a fortune teller business? :star:

u guys are so lucky... i cant even sleep ufffffff distance relationship is killing us

Distance was killing me. She not so much I don't think. Early on she took the position that our separation was the same as if I went overseas to work. That it was temporary. She has way too much confidence in my ability to pull this visa off.

But tonight I looked in the mirror and I actually think my hair color is returning, and the fine stress lines are disappearing. :luv:

maybe you may like this, or perhaps not. I'm just passing the time now.

It took 25 years and 3 months to accomplish this miracle (goal). And a miracle it is if you are aware of the criteria to do what I got to do. I was told over and over that I can never do that. But I figured I'd ask anyway to anyone who would listen, all they could say is no---I got a lot of "No's".

I got a job at a base in Florida where they teach pilots to fly fighters, at the time it was the F-15. Every morning I would get to work early so I could watch them take off. It was always the same, vertical--straight up. F-15 has a greater thrust to weight ratio; which means it can accelerate going straight up. I asked, but of course was told no, more along the lines of "hel no". But then I got an opportunity to work overseas, and one thing led to another, situations happened all of a sudden. i got to brief the base commander before I left, a general, and long story short---well watch the video; if you want.

Note: 595 knot vertical And yes I got sicker than a dog, but it was the best sick I ever had :rofl:
