The journey has been ended . God is really amazing. Was worried that I will get asked to bring other country police clearace that I have lived more than 6 months.But guess what they didn't even bother to c our pics , chat history or proof of income. Was approved after being asked

How we meet ?

Where we meet?

His address in u.s.a?

Where goes he work?

And how long we lived together?

And he handed me 2 papers n said good luck pick up ur passport in 10 days from DHL!

Was like don't u wanna c the pics,letters,money recipts . He was like nope! I blv ur story and it's enough. I said have a blessed day sir and walked out with a a million dollar smile on my face.

09/14/2015: NOA2 received
09/30/2015: NVC received case
10/02/2015: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"
10/08/2015: CEAC status changed to "Ready"
10/09/2015: Consulate acknowledged receipt via phone; Hardcopy from US DoS with case number.
10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
10/28/2015: Medical Exam
11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.
11/18/2015: Called in for interview and APPROVED!

11/24/2015: Picked up visa/passport and sealed packet from the Consulate! <happy dance>

02/14/2016: Arrived in the U.S. (POE was Bermuda)...CO was really nice!

02/18/2016: Married! :)

my k1 visa interview is November 16 /2015 so pls if you have some tips, help me . i"m in Addis Ababa , Ethiopia.

Thaks you vantom. Well in my experience I have had the easiest and the shortest interview. But all I can tell u is don't get nervous, provide all the required documentes b4 the enterview and b truthful for all the question that u will get asked. Wish u lucks

i do have one quotation for you, my appointment is 11;45 am,do you think it will be okay if i go to 8;00 am?

My appointment was at 8:30 am. I arrived at the embassy at 7:30. they took ds 1-60, passport, birth certificate orginal and copy, police clearance, Abyssinia bank payment receipt and 1 pic . Then they have me a small white paper and told me to get back at 1 pm on the afternoon. I got there like 12:30 but had to wait till it's 1 and that's when I get inside then was interviewed 2:22pm.

I don't think i have to go that early. B there like 10am ..
