Oh yes i read that too .. we will just edit it .. my fiance got question .. how can he get the details of his previous petition for hks ex girlfriend ??? He already forget the details because its a long time ago .. like a-number and when he filed ..

He can include as much information as he has available, such as her name and address, or at least the town she lived in. Include dates if possible. He can say that he doesn't know her A number. That should be sufficient because the USCIS should have a record of it...if they bother to look.

This is the letter from the Embassy .. I think we are not Denied by the Embassy right ?????

The Embassy definitely denied the visa. They are going to send the petition back to the USCIS. The USCIS may let the petition expire, or they may send your fiancé a NOIR.

Hi ! We make a explanation for our withdrawal for the denied petition under my name

"After filing my Form I-129F petition application for my fiancee Ms. <fiance name>, I’am not knowledgeable that I have to withdraw my prior petition to my ex-fiancee Ms. <ex-fiance name>, USCIS approved it but it result refusal on her interview last October 28,2015 in Embassy of United States in Manila, so I decided to refile my petition to my fiancee Ms. <fiance name> and withdraw the previous petition to correct and submit the required documents."

do you think its fine ???
