Permanent resident applying for wife

Hello

I am lawful permanent resident with 10 years card. I am getting married in my home country, Can anyone tell me how long does it take to get my wife here? what docs will I need to apply for her? All inputs are greatly appreciated.

The current wait time is approximately 17 months for F2A (spouse of an LPR).

All you would need to do after you get married is file an I-130 for her, initially. For that you will need a certified copy of your marriage certificate.

Question? i thought it is 4 years as i went through some posts in this thread. So which one is real?

What If i apply for citizenship and then apply for her. Does it make difference in processing time?

Yes, since a visa number is always available for immediate relatives of a US citizen, such as a spouse, it will reduce the time to around 12 months.
