2 months ago he beat me again,

Ok lets start with the most important thing here- your safety and well being. I understand reading your post you had a domestic violence incident in Oct 2014 when you first came to the states. You decided not to pursue charges against your spouse and to stay with him. Now 2 months ago he beat you yet again. So the big question is why are you still with him? He has not changed. You can not change him. Now I can go on and on about Domestic Violence (DV) but the main question here is are you going to stay with a man who has no respect for you? Because you say you want to file Joint ROC and in my opinion that is a mistake. You need to divorce. Your personal safety should be your number one priority.

But if you insist on staying with your abuser-on filing for joint ROC-- Well, Im not sure if there is anything anyone can say to make you change your mind.

As for the question 20- from what you described you were not arrested simply questioned. An arrest involves being taken to the police station, detained, fingerprinted etc etc. If you have questions on whether or not you were actually arrested you need to contact the police station and ask. And it sounds like you do- so go an ask and confirm what happened. They will be able to tell you if it was an arrest or simply questioning.

If it was an arrest then you need to disclose it along with all the information you have, if it was simply questioning on the investigation and no arrest then you do not.
