Hello,

I've visited the US twice, one was last year, stayed for 2 months then flew back home. Second was this year, stayed for almost 6 months (flew back home one week before allowed limit of stay)

I married my USC wife in my second visit when we travelled together in Las Vegas. We haven't started any petitions yet as I am not ready yet to migrate.

Now I'm planning to visit my sister in another state this January, and my wife will fly there to meet me as well. No plans of aos at all. Planning to stay for just a month as she bought a new house and she needs me to do some stuff in her new home.

My question is, what are the chances I won't have any problems entering now that I'm married to a usc? It will only be about 3 months interval since I arrived from the US.

Thanks
