Did you submitted your AOS, DS-260 and ds260 supporting documents to NVC?

NVC won't close your case and forward it to the US Consulate in your country until you have done the steps above.

I'm going through the same process. I got our I-601a waiver approved back on 10/20 and my wife got her interview on 10/22/15, but this is only because while our waiver was still under review (pending) I took care of the steps above, so by the time USCIS was done with our waiver, NVC had finished processing all of our docs and scheduled my wife's interview right away.

Mine took about 1 month to get an interview after we submitted the AOS, DS-260 and civil documents.

We also received an email from NVC about a week after they received our documents saying that they were going to take about 30 days to review them, but it only took them about 20 days.

Yeah, her interview date is set for Dec 30th. which is going to suck because the 31st the consulate in Mexico will be closed (Administrative day) and on January 1st.

We're thinking on asking to have her approval package (knock on wood) to be sent to another Mexican state (where she has family) where we could wait for it there.

Good luck to you.
