I googled my states, and then emailed her. Her office (not her directly) emailed me within 2 days and asked me to fax over a release/consent privacy form.

I have done that and had no response since then so I actually emailed them again today.

Keep us updated. Hope you get the approval soon.

still waiting and to anwser the question yes my friends are from Bosnia all of them I think the average days for bosnia is up to 187 days or up to like 5 months and 21 days

Does it make you angry when I try to make sense of things? There are quite a bit of flaw in what I said. But if we think together there is a chance we can figure this out. Like what if there are two group within Potomac that approving our papers. By the look of it, they did sort some stuff out. Maybe I shouldnt be thinking out loud. They're also accepting new application directly if it means anything.

No, please!!!! I wish we could all together understand the way that they work!

I don´t get mad or sad! Please, don´t get me wrong!

I´m just hopeless... Because unfortunately it seems that we can´t find a logic situation for this to happen.

I´m sorry, if I didn´t explained myself in a better way.

Ok, Guys...

I promised to send an update to the group about the appointment of my lawyer at USCIS about my process.

They checked at the computer the situation and the point is: they don´t have any kind of information about the case.

Great, right?

They said that is not normal people approve kids without their parents but they don´t know why they made that with me. And their (kids) case is still there, it didn´t went to NVC.

Amazing, right?

Resuming: it didn´t worked.

My lawyer emailed the congressman.

I hope one day he/she will answer.

What a frustration...

Good luck for all of you... Because, I´m nothing lucky with this, for sure.

Im not sure if its a good thing, everything i have found so far states that it means something is wrong with my petition. But hey, as long as someone touched my file and i know it wasnt lost in a box somewhere...
