I also think it has to relate to transferred date. I noticed the people that were transferred mid November were getting approved first. Then going backward because I didn't see any approval from 11/9 until recently with one exception with a person expediting it. I think they started moving the first new batch on 11/9. The transferred ~11/15 were mostly July and August. Some unlucky August PD got batch up in 11/9. That would make Potomac a bit confusing to understand.

That's the only reason I could see why they hadn't been approved yet. The 11/9 were supposed to be mid September to mid October. Then go backward. Hmm. 11/15 July August. If that make any sense.

There are other variables in this process as well. Which country you're from. Philippines had a high priority so you can't base on those PD. I think most of us were transferred from TSC. I'm unsure about other part. I believe YSC(Potomac) had a batch pre 11/9. Theirs were transferred mid OCT and their PD were around July and back. I have not seen those transferred guys at all for awhile now. Here's my guess. Potomac were near completing the mid OCT transferred so they sent out that they could take more. During this time, they may have more of a precise PD. With the next batch 11/9 TSC started sending mid SEPT and OCT.(With some unlucky exception that were August PD) Yeah... they couldn't work on the 11/9 when the overall processing station were on May June July. Then they had another batch 11/10 but it still wasn't far enough. Then 11/15(?) which was around July and back. You don't see those transferred anymore. All I'm seeing now are 11/9 and 11/10 transferred. What's your take on it?

So you knew I was talking about you. I think you're just stuck somewhere in the stack. I really think yours is coming real soon. They made a mistake by putting yours in the 11/9 batch. Without going through it completely, I think they don't know your is in that stack.
