Yeah i was tracking 28applicants same pd as mine. September 22. But, now as we all know that the system of potomac is still down and not working normally. Unfortunately, I can't tell how many got approved from our priority date. I know it's frustrating i feel you guys just in there. Soon, in god's time everything will be fine.

Our case has been approved for expedite, our papers will no longer go to NVC it will be sent to our embassy (philippine embassy) directly. The uscis will contact my husband once the papers reach our embassy and will send me letter for the steps of my interview...

so much happiness i will no longer have to wait and worry... thank you Lord.. I hope you receive all your Approval soon... thanks to this site ☺️

First post and at the beginning of this journey!

Sent I-130 packet - Feb. 11, 2016

Received email of case acceptance and packet routed to Potomac - Feb. 20, 2016

Now waiting for hard copy in mail, which they said will be 7-10 days, however, we are living in Azerbaijan, I bet it takes longer. :P

p.s. We filed from abroad and live abroad.

Welcome! We are also filling from abroad and live abroad. We recived our email of case acceptance on the 11th. Also waiting for the hard copy which it will take time. Good Luck!

5/18/2016- Sent to NVC

5/20/2016- NVC received

6/9/2016- Case # received (Welcome letter)

8/9/2016- Case Complete

9/20/2016- Medical exam

What do you mean by system of potomac is down?

Not yet updated up to now. My case is still dec 2 case was received after I got approved last week of feb10.

Hi can you pls share what reason did you guys stated for you got approved for expedite? What did you do? I plan to get expedite too while in nvc stage for us to get interview date as soon as possible.

My friend got approved from potomac! Pd september3 , got rfe december29. Then, got noa2 this february12!!! Received approval notice through mail! Horray

Good news :)

My husband received a hard copy in the mail of our NOA2, we have been approved!! :D

PD date Sept 28, 2015 with Chicago Lockbox.

NOA1 received from Texas Service Center on Sept 30, 2015.

Transferred to Potomac on Nov 10, 2015.

Approved Feb 17, 2016. (140 days or 4 months 20 days)

Note: Our myUSCIS case status webpage has not updated and still says Case Received at local office Dec. 2.

Onto the NVC process, hopefully that goes smoothly as well. Good luck to everyone and stay patient and positive :)
