How did you add him ? is there any specific process that needs to be followed ?

On the form it will ask if u are married you select yes and write your spouse name and they will want an I.D for him so get a certified copy of his passport..they will also assign a him a tax I.D number so he can file tax if he doesn't have a social security number...

We also filed K3 at the same time but have not heard anything . Well i think it works only in some cases

I filed my I-130 in July 2015 and it got approved December 2nd. It was sent to NVC and they didn't receive it until Jan 28th 2016! It can then take 4-6 weeks for the NVC to assign a case number. Once you have this, you can appoint an agent. Once you have submitted your agent details, it could be 2 weeks before you get your invoice number to pay for filing fee.....no quick routes I'm afraid!

You can appoint an agent. What does that mean? I mean I think I am going ahead of myself but just wondering. I just received my NOA1 Feb. 11th.

5/13/2016- I130 approved

5/18/2016- Sent to NVC

5/20/2016- NVC received

6/9/2016- Case # received (Welcome letter)

7/1/2016- Sent our IV and AOS packets to NVC

7/8/2016- Scan date

8/9/2016- Case Complete

9/20/2016- Medical exam

10/3/2016- Interview

Still here. Still no approval. August 7th noa1. I hope we all get approved soon but at this rate if it did follow priority date you'd have at least 2 months to go.

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

LOCAL OFFICE- December 2nd 2015 :o

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

DS-261 Completed- March 18th 2016

AOS Fee Paid- March 18th 2016

IV Fee Paid- March 26th 2016

IV Application Completed- March 30th 2016

its hard uscis website has no information at all and also I can say that its gonna hurt us all

wow thats pretty quick, about 4 months. I take it your sister in law filed for someone in pakistan aswell? I may just file K3 as well you never know it seems. Does the K3 application end up at the same service center as your i-130? if not i wonder if would think its worth doing it. K3 may take longer for green card but hey you atleast have you loved one with you :)

i think they were not transferred from Texas Service Center, i was wonder how they got their file approved so quickly but yeah you are right it will take a long time for them there is so much for them to be done , and they have interview in Islamabad, they sent me their interview latter picture i need to check it what day they have it, any how my Spouse is coming for six month to stay with them in KSA LOL (L)
