I got married in 2016, so i cannot really file for them until when its time for taxes in 2016 correct?

Also what is required to file for your partner who is over seas, awaiting spouse visa and does not work in the country they are? Do we need to file for some SSN number or something?

I got married in 2016, so i cannot really file for them until when its time for taxes in 2016 correct?

Well i am not sure about the yr because i got married 2015...No I don't have a number but I used his pasport number and he sent a certified copy of the page with his pic..

Just started this process and I feel like I am going insane. Going through this forum and seeing filers from August not approve is very disappointing. I pray and hope that we don't go through that long extended wait time. I am just gonna find a way to preoccupy my time to not think about this lengthy process :/

Yes u need to occupy your time...I am a sept Filer and still no NOA2 it is sad but wat can we do but wait! Just think about the persons who are yet to get marry, think of the wait they will have to do...your time will come that is wat I think of.

congras. My PD wa 08/31, before you 1 week, but was transferred on the sameday 11/10. And still waiting NO2

I hope they send your this week I'm still waiting for second one. So let's see what happens.

I think we will get NOA2 this week or Monday next week, because it take 3days to reach I'm the mail and today was a holiday.

War teacher, my sister in law filed on 19/10 their k3 now they have interview in the coming two three days and my file I-130 is Still hanging there in Potomac i think K3 is more faster than I-130

We also filed K3 at the same time but have not heard anything . Well i think it works only in some cases
