uhm huh. I filed in Aug, still nothing since was transferred to Potomac.

Likewise. Also a Massachusetts resident and was also in the Texas service center.

The only difference in our case is my wife is from Brazil.

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

LOCAL OFFICE- December 2nd 2015 :o

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

DS-261 Completed- March 18th 2016

AOS Fee Paid- March 18th 2016

IV Fee Paid- March 26th 2016

IV Application Completed- March 30th 2016

IV and AOS packages sent- May 19th

Interview appointment date received via e-mail- June 2nd (10 business days? how is that even possible?!)

Interview set for June 20th (super short notice!)

VISA DENIED at interview but followed up over email :cry:

VISA ARRIVED 6/30/2016 with no notice of approval over email :pop:

POE Fort Lauderdale 8/15/16 Went smoothly and she's home! :dance:

My PD is August 26 almost 6 Mont and nothing yet I don't know what happening whit PSC

I think they stopped to work whit cases or I don't no what's happening

And the weird thing? My kids got approved and I didn't... So... They touched my case...

As I have always mentioned, my theory is that it is based on country of origin. Certain nationalities get preference over others. That is the only thing that explains this randomisation.

October cases are getting approved where there are still cases pending from August and September in potomac

uhm huh. I filed in Aug, still nothing since was transferred to Potomac.

It really wonders how they process now they're approving october fillers while i observed even at least few or even once of sept 22pd not yet approve. I'm wandering 28 applicants of sept22 pd none of them got approval!

Mine sept 22. And other applicants i've been tracking none of them got approval even one! So, i'm suspecting online system seems like not updated again lol! Or they just jump off to our priority dates and randomly check other applicants. So now, i'm really confuse. What's going on??? If maybe some of them (sept22pd) got approve i can tell my application has something wrong. But, NO none of us changed. :( it seems strange urghhh

what is happening, 9/25/2015 PD here and nothing yet. this is quite frustrating. gosh.

oh no ... is the processing time then 7 months in potomac now ???

Then how come others have been approved within 4 to 5 months... its very confusing as to how this whole process works

Country of origin makes a huge difference my friend..

What I understand is - after all June and a few set of July filers are approved around that Dec-Jan time, there are no approvals at all, which obviously has added the delay now.

Dec 30, 2011 - Wedding in Morocco (5th visit)
I-130/CR-1 (first time around)
31 Aug 2012 - Priority Date (Vermont, transferred to NBC)
31 Dec 2012 - NOA2
27Jul 2013 - Broke up/Separation (while waiting for case complete at NVC)
9 Jan 2014 - Filed for divorce in US (never completed)
4 Apr 2014 - USCIS NOIR
May 2015 - Reconciliation
Nov 2015 - Vacation together in Spain (7th in-person visit with each other)
I-130/IR-1 (second time around)
4 Feb 2016 - Priority Date
19 Apr 2016 - NOA2

17 May 2016 - NVC Case Number Assigned

31 May 2016 - Sent AOS/IV package to NVC
