I understand, Bosna. Do you have any reason for an expedite, the grounds of expedited reasons laid out by USCIS's Ombudsman's office?

I have thrown myself into my work full time, going to the gym 4 times a week, and started graduate school - all just to keep my mind off of the visa timeframe. Plus I think it has put less pressure on our relationship when we talk about other things.

USCIS Process:

Sent I-130: October 12, 2015
NOA1 hardcopy received: October 15, 2015

***Countless USCIS phone calls, congressional inquiries, and Ombudsman's Office inquiries later****
NOA2 approval: July 14, 2016

My PD is 10/20. No update from USCIS. I miss my wife :( traveled back and forth cost a lot of money :( 5 times a years now.

I got this feeling that potomac stop working in september or i guess the system aren't working again. Coz, the last update we've heard was Sept 14 got approved from potomac then after that we have no updates since then. If, i'm not mistaken it's almost two weeks (Jan25) since potomac systems had been updated online. And i noticed this last week we haven't heard good news at all since I'm tracking other's status since last week and still no changes (like Jan20 got approved then there's no case sent to dept until now etc) If they really currently working september fillers sept22 pd should already have noa2 these days. :( sad coz, they keep us hang until now.

We have to keep our fingers cross and we can't give up....keep strong for your love one, as I type this message I am on the phone with my husband...

hello guys, well i know we are all so much worried and trying to hurry up to meet with our souls but listen carefully this is not a Joke, we are going to the USA this is not kidding, there are thousands of Petitions around the Globe are being reviewed so don't get frustrated because you are not alone in this situation we are all in the same boat, and boat is in the USCIS hands, this is how they sail it to the other-side of the sea, try to make yourself busy don't check anything if you did not cross even five moths before five months expecting something to be happened So you are going to be kidding so try to calm down this is not Joke, they don't care of you they don't even think of us weather we are crying or laughing or missing our loved ones because there are thousands of People around the Globe are waiting so Bosna1234 and others friends give up to check every time this website wait to complete at least five months after months it is on the luck when we will be approved, if you think i am not missing my Sweet heart , you are gona be a big Joker :idea:
