I just looked under processing times and it said August and the other day it said september


im not sure to which one to look at is there another one

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

    6/22/2016 Confirmation that they received the packet

If you're looking at the official USCIS website, then it does not even list Potomac: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Not sure where exactly you're getting this information.

They are working now sept 14 got approved! Now, lets wait and see other's approval from september :)

Hi Kirankaur2997, I notice on your timeline that your case was transferred to Potomac on 16 Oct and then to a local office on 2 Dec. So did you receive your NOA/i130 approval from Potomac? Or was it re-routed again to a local office from Potomac for approval?

I Just called to USCIS and I get the same answer from the supervisor and everyone else! it's so frustrating. I have no clue what's going on with my case. My transfer date is Nov, 9th does anyone know what else can be done on my side to have the case looked at and or for me to get a approval notice soon? I filed Oct 8th with California service center. I feel like USCIS is no help what's so ever and their role is pointless when they say they see what we see!! Supervisor said that Potomac needs 6 months from the day they get the file to send out anything. is this true? :cry::clock::clock: I feel hopeless....and usually I never am this way when it comes to filing immigration stuff.

I was originally in the TSC August....potomac has literally ruined my life haha

I just wrote to my Congresswoman, im fed up, lets see what happens next.

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

LOCAL OFFICE- December 2nd 2015 :o

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

DS-261 Completed- March 18th 2016

AOS Fee Paid- March 18th 2016

IV Fee Paid- March 26th 2016

IV Application Completed- March 30th 2016

IV and AOS packages sent- May 19th

Interview appointment date received via e-mail- June 2nd (10 business days? how is that even possible?!)

Interview set for June 20th (super short notice!)

VISA DENIED at interview but followed up over email :cry:

VISA ARRIVED 6/30/2016 with no notice of approval over email :pop:

POE Fort Lauderdale 8/15/16 Went smoothly and she's home! :dance:

They are still processing August and september ... October should happen soon ... we need to just wait to hear something till we complete 5 months and then start calling incase we dont hear anything...
