I agree! Irregardless if you transferred to Potomac earlier than others. They process and based on priority date and not the transferred date. So dont be confused. Let's claim sooner by next week or 1st week of february hopefully and praying that noa2 will come. :)

If they are processing by PD.. I guess I will never be approved since I don't have a PD?

Clarification on 1864s-

So I will have joint sponsor. Me and sponsor both will submit 1-864. Sponsor filed jointly and sponsor's spouse will need to fill out 1-864A. Right? Please advise me if I'm wrong. I would appreciate.

Hi guys!

My child and I have I-130 petitions pending

PD is 09/14/2015

They were initially sent to Texas, then transferred to Potomac in November.

I checked the USCIS website today, and one of the petitions was approved on 12/20/2016

The other one is still with status: "On December 2, 2015, we received your Form I-130............ at your local office.."

I still don't know if my child's or mine got the NOA2, i will check later when I get home

Just wanted to let you know of the approval because I see people here are desperate to hear good news ;)

its gonna be hard for you to check if you dont have an IPHONE so why dont you just go ahead and use www.uscis.com and the click on check my statues

and enter the receipt number and you will be able to check for updates

Looks like you're using a Windows laptop, which is why you can't access iTunes. You need to have an iPhone, iPad or a Macbook (Apple laptop) to download this. As Bosnia 1234 highlighted just log onto the the USCIS website and track your case through there.

*EDIT* Looking at your timeline you received your NOA1 in 27 October 2015, which is your priority date (PD). Potomac are possibly working on September applications, so you still have a bit of a wait (probably a month or so) before you get your case approved. Sorry!

Hello everyone,

First time posting, but been following the thread since october. My PD is October 27th 2015 and transfer from CSC to Potomac on 09November 2015. I called couple of time uscis to speak with T2 but they keep saying your case is under review. It has been been 3month today. Good luck to everyone. I know the waiting is long. Havent seen any Octobers approved yet. I might be wrong though

I don't think they started October yet. My PD date is 10/23 and transferred from CSC to Potomac on 11/9 as well. So we should hear back from them around the same time. I have noticed that those people who are getting approved are getting them between 4-5 months period. So going by that hopefully we'll get approved my mid March. Also, a question for you... did you get any updates on your case since the transfer?
