its by PD date because i notices a couple cases which had later transfer date by earlier PD date getting approved

oh great...so we can expect something soon :joy::joy::joy::joy:

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

I'm insanely confused. I checked my phone last night for updates and I got an update but i just checked again and it says the same as December.. WHAT?!

I keep on checking like every 2-3 hours and seeing if anything changes :oops:

I had the update and it says on january 22ed we mailed your new card for rceipt number ****** to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by February 21st please contact yada yada yada. I did check once i came home from work and I was insanely tired. -_- it could be POSSIBLE i typed in the wrong receipt number by accident lol Idk but im about to check again because im insanely confused.

I agree! Irregardless if you transferred to Potomac earlier than others. They process and based on priority date and not the transferred date. So dont be confused. Let's claim sooner by next week or 1st week of february hopefully and praying that noa2 will come. :)

Hi guys!

My child and I have I-130 petitions pending

PD is 09/14/2015

They were initially sent to Texas, then transferred to Potomac in November.

I checked the USCIS website today, and one of the petitions was approved on 12/20/2016

The other one is still with status: "On December 2, 2015, we received your Form I-130............ at your local office.."

I still don't know if my child's or mine got the NOA2, i will check later when I get home

Just wanted to let you know of the approval because I see people here are desperate to hear good news ;)

A lot of us are pushing 5 months now, they say average processing time is 5 months. Some members here on this forum got approved before that and also some are in their sixth month. There is no rule, each case is different. Good luck :)
