Yes I did. I called on the 4th. They told me that they're working June 2nd cases and that Itll be 2 months before I get my approval. When I posted that on here, someone told me that they were told the same thing back in December. That it would be 2-3 months until they get approved but then a week later they recived the NOA2 in the Mail. In a few days I'll try submitting a case inquiry. I tried just before and it says my case is still in the processing timeframe.

It sounds weird coz I noticed in this forum once you get in the fourth month period from the PD you get the noa2. Almost, all approvals from potomac been approved on or before the 4mos period. Did you call the uscis and transfer to tier 2 officer to get more information on your case?

Yeah it's just an assumption and i guess that's not true. Just call them more often. I also, talked to tier 2 and told me that our case is now being review I'm september 23 filler and this january 23 would be my fourth month. Hope we all get approval soon. Some August and September fillers got approval.

Well today is the day.....

NOA1 date August 7th, 2015.

Transfer date: November 10th, 2015

5 month mark: January 7th, 2016...today, and still no contact or sign of NOA2.

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

LOCAL OFFICE- December 2nd 2015 :o

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

DS-261 Completed- March 18th 2016

AOS Fee Paid- March 18th 2016

IV Fee Paid- March 26th 2016

IV Application Completed- March 30th 2016

IV and AOS packages sent- May 19th

Interview appointment date received via e-mail- June 2nd (10 business days? how is that even possible?!)

Interview set for June 20th (super short notice!)

VISA DENIED at interview but followed up over email :cry:

VISA ARRIVED 6/30/2016 with no notice of approval over email :pop:

POE Fort Lauderdale 8/15/16 Went smoothly and she's home! :dance:

Same here, except my pd is 8/6. I hope we get approved soon. Did u get the transfer to local office update?! I never got that! My last update is that it was transfered on 10-11Please keep us updated with your case.

Well today is the day.....

NOA1 date August 7th, 2015.

Transfer date: November 10th, 2015

5 month mark: January 7th, 2016...today, and still no contact or sign of NOA2.

i don't know but some one said here , that they called USCIS and they told that most of the cases are approved with in 60 days if it is true so then here you go we can expect something in the coming week

i am calling USCIS phone number the automatic machine is saying please enter your receipt number but there the alphabet with the receipt number can not written does any body know how to write alphabet with receipt number for example " CPC123456" so the CPC can't be written from the keyboard of the phone and without alphabet the receipt number is not completed they said we are sorry your receipt number is not complete

those who called them Please what you guy did?
