they are looking at PD date from NOA1.... :joy:

the transfeerring service potamac started working in AUgust and noone was transfered in august so they are only looking at the dates from NOA 1 my friend PD date was July 12 and transfer sep 4 and she was nov 15

I think you misunderstood what I meant.

They are working in order of transfer in the sense that those who were transferred first are getting approvals first (judging by what i've seen from the forums)

They seem to do transfers in batches, and those who were transferred there first are receiving their approvals first (makes sense).

If it were going by NOA1 date then I would have/should have received my NOA2 by now since I have seen way later august dates get approvals and the only difference between our case is that they were transferred first.

Lets all hope for some good news come the first week of january.

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

LOCAL OFFICE- December 2nd 2015 :o

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

DS-261 Completed- March 18th 2016

AOS Fee Paid- March 18th 2016

IV Fee Paid- March 26th 2016

IV Application Completed- March 30th 2016

okay guys lets all call the USCIS and ask for updates, they might have approved our cases but no updates , ask for a Tier 2 agent (Immigration Officer) coz a Tier 1 agent (Customer Service) won't be able to help you

tell the customer service that your case was transferred to Potomac, it's a new service center no processing time on USCIS website, and they can't help.

Don't forget to share with us what they told you.

I'm sure some people would love to call. But it looks like USCIS is open Monday to Friday. Since it's Sunday in the states, there are no representatives there at the moment.

Interesting!! I guess that explains why a lot of October transferes were approved mid December! So then for us November transferes , we are looking for mid January approvals!! So around 3 More weeks of waiting I guess :-(

my wife is a student and she has no one but me.

she has no friends, almost no connections, we did try talking to some people but either they are afraid or they ignore us.

lately I've been taking courses in welding, metal turning and CNC, so finding a job in US would be easy.
