Also, its interesting to note that I guess noa1 dates dont matter, it would make sense that the date of transfer is more relevant now. They get a bunch of transfer boxes and they go in order of first in, first out.

"my friend told me she got approved yesterday and her PD date was 8/15 and transfer 10//1"

so even if my PD for noa1 was before the 8/15 that this person had, I was transferred from texas on 11/10 so my box was one month behind this persons.

oh ok ... so are they going by transfer date then ??? mine was transferred 11/9 so may be one more month then

I think they are closed for today and tomorrow or am I wrong,,,?

Very few government agencies are open on Holidays. They will resume operations after the holidays.

oh ok ... so are they going by transfer date then ??? mine was transferred 11/9 so may be one more month then

they are going by PD date not transfer date.

They can't be going by PD because a lot of us don't have a PD since we got transferred, and that would mean we would never get approved.

the transfeerring service potamac started working in AUgust and noone was transfered in august so they are only looking at the dates from NOA 1 my friend PD date was July 12 and transfer sep 4 and she was nov 15

if they were looking at the transfer date ,,,,,then noone would be getting approvals alot of ppl were transfered in october unless they are approving september and october transfers ..

it is confusing but let say that the pd date was June 4 and transfer was September 12 then that almost 5 months there and if you received your approval in October then you can see that they are going by PD NOA1 date not the September 12
